Responsibilities:
Facilitate scrum ceremonies, including planning, retrospectives, daily stand-up meetings, continuous improvements, product backlog refinement, and management.
Oversee the discovery, delivery, support, and transition phases of complex projects.
Lead developers and testers during build and implementation, ensuring best practices and timelines are maintained.
Manage and support the analysis, understanding, and translation of business requirements into technical requirements.
Collaborate with Business Analysts to ensure a continuous stream of work for the delivery team.
Manage the sprint and project backlog in Jira.
Manage project conflicts, challenges, and dynamic business requirements to maintain high operational performance.
Provide regular reports on progress, risks, issues, and dependencies to stakeholders and the wider team.
Support in the generation of commercial documents such as statements of work and change requests.
Adhere to change management processes to ensure on-time delivery within scope and budget.
Effectively manage the project budget.
Must-Have:
Scrum Master experience.
Experience managing complex projects
Experience working on commerce projects
Client management experience.
Proficiency in Jira and Confluence
Strong technical understanding of web and mobile applications/platforms
Ability to communicate capabilities, opportunities, and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences
Nice to have:
Experience in a consulting or a digital agency setting
Experience training new tooling embedded into businesses
Experience in composable commerce systems
